I visited this dealership to check a car, and the experience was disappointing due to a lack of transparency. Before going, I asked if there were any issues or major repairs, and I was told everything was fine. However, when I arrived, the engine warning light was on, and after inspection, it was clear that the engine had been replaced, something the seller never mentioned and refused to confirm.The engine is the heart of the car, and hiding such a critical detail is completely unacceptable. Instead of being upfront, they only revealed issues when confronted.If you’re considering buying from here, be extra cautious and verify everything yourself, don’t trust their word alone.

I purchased a Qashqai from here. Firstly the car was filthy on the inside, I was given some money off to get it valeted, but not a great first impression. Despite having a “valid” mot 1 month previously, the front brake pads were completely worn, metal on metal worn. I had to replace these at my own cost. I was also promised a 6 month warranty, when chasing this up as the engine management light came on I was told that this was an extra cost which could again be purchased at additional cost, although I was then given this as a “good will gesture” I am still out of pocket for the brakes and highly concerned about other issues that were overlooked on the mot. Really disappointed.

Regarding the brake pads, all our cars undergo thorough checks and hold valid MOTs, and we were not aware of any brake issues at the time of sale. As for the six-month warranty, we initially informed you that it would be an additional cost. After discussing your concerns with you over the phone, we agreed to cover the full cost of the warranty (£275) as a goodwill gesture to ensure your peace of mind. Do not buy from this dealer! Attempted to sell a car without v5c logbook. This was hidden from me until money had exchanged, I then said I would not take the car as without V5c the car could have been stolen or written off without me knowing. Originally I was offered a refund however as of this moment I have not received any money back!

We are disappointed to see this misleading review, especially as you have already confirmed in writing that you received your full refund. Your claim that you have not received the money is simply untrue. Regarding the V5C logbook, this was clearly discussed before purchase, and you were fully aware of the situation. We are always transparent in our dealings and do not appreciate false accusations. We value honest feedback, but misleading statements like this are unfair and do not reflect the way we conduct business.

We bought a Mazda Cx-5, the car was not prepared for sale, dirty, not a fresh smell, but this can always be removed. But what was in the description was a total mistake. The car after warming up made strange engine creaks, while driving gear 6 popped out for no known reason. If you are going to buy a car in this used car dealership, you have to take into account that the cars are not checked or tested delear, not to mention the correct preparation for the buyer so that the vehicle can move relatively safely as far as possible.

Really disappointed. The car I meant to look at seemed to be in good condition and at a correct price. I phoned up and asked if there was any problems with the cars bodywork or engine ect, I was assured it was in mint condition and the description of the vehicle was correct. When I arrive however first of all there was no parking, and the guy who showed us the vehicle only spoke broken English. When it came to the car it was badly scratched, dented and the front bumper was loose and out of place all of which were not mentioned in the description or to me on the phone. A complete waste of my time.
