Like others on here once they have your money that’s when they stop helping, brought an Audi from them got it home engine management light come on, contacted mazood who told me to get it to garage to be checked over and he would reimburse me, still have nothing from him, the car is now going in the garage for an air leak repair that I will have to pay for as the warranty company he provides are rubbish, also had to have new tyres and tracking done so would not trust the garage he uses for mots! Not great experience and would not buy again from provides

Staff appeared nice and helpful and all seemed ok. Once money was paid the car almost broke down on the way home. from there the problems began. I tried to contact the warranty they set up but this was not helpful. They kept trying to tell me to get the car back to them which would have been ok except i could not drive the car down the motorway and they would not come and collect it. I ended up having to take the vehicle the garage where i have initially spent £2000 in repairs to faults which should have shown on the MOT. When I approached the manager, he refused to take ownership of this and help me recover the costs. I am reporting the garage that was used and this company!!!!!

Range motors have to be one of the best trader in Hounslow.They treated me very nicely and offered me services such as tea.The car looked as if it was fresh out of the main dealer and will recommend

I arranged to see and test drive a Jaguar xf on Sunday 12th November 2023. I was travelling four hours each way. I had spoken to the owner of Range motors twice in the week and had been assured the car was in excellent condition with no faults. On arrival, the postcode does not take you to the lock up masquerading as a car lot. I spoke to the owner again , he directed me to the premises. On arrival I was greeted by two gentleman with very little English language between them and even less knowledge of the car. I asked where the owner was and told he was at home, not even bothering to come and meet me after four hours travel. The car had a sizeable scratch to the drivers door. I started the car , it sounded terrible, the well known fault on a jaguar, a high pitched beeeep, indicating that the reverse camera and parking sensors do not work, more faults on the dash indicating faulty blind spot warning lights not working and several warning lights on the dash. The car was not clean inside or out. when asked if they had any paperwork/history for the car, I was told no they hadn`t. This is when I left after giving them a piece of my mind for totally wasting nine hours of my time by lying and not advertising a car or describing a car on the phone correctly. If I had been told the truth I would have never traveled that far. I urge you not to trust this "garage/dealer" Do not believe the glossy pictures on Auto trader or the website, this does not accurately depict this business. Think very carefully before traveling more than ten minutes to see a car here.

The car is lovely and just what I needed. Manzoor was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble - plenty of water offered in the sweltering heat. Came with a good warranty plan which gives me peace of mind for an older car. Credit card option was a life saver. Highly recommended and the car was good value for money, too. 10/10

Four weeks ago i arranged to view Audi Tt in red, the guys selling these cars & owner are friendly and open to deals, i part exchanged my old car. The TT was good interior, test drive fine, but mot was not shown good just quickly and expires Dec23, needed two new tyres, rear corroded spring. They agreed to drive it home for me as i needed to change insurance. This car runs like fine, it had no history but RAC show it had drive shaft trouble in mot 2021. But obviously repaired. I would buy from this garage again in future and do recommend them. You cant expect a new car but a decent runner.
