We bought a Mazda Cx-5, the car was not prepared for sale, dirty, not a fresh smell, but this can always be removed. But what was in the description was a total mistake. The car after warming up made strange engine creaks, while driving gear 6 popped out for no known reason. If you are going to buy a car in this used car dealership, you have to take into account that the cars are not checked or tested delear, not to mention the correct preparation for the buyer so that the vehicle can move relatively safely as far as possible.

Really disappointed. The car I meant to look at seemed to be in good condition and at a correct price. I phoned up and asked if there was any problems with the cars bodywork or engine ect, I was assured it was in mint condition and the description of the vehicle was correct. When I arrive however first of all there was no parking, and the guy who showed us the vehicle only spoke broken English. When it came to the car it was badly scratched, dented and the front bumper was loose and out of place all of which were not mentioned in the description or to me on the phone. A complete waste of my time.

We made every effort to accurately describe its condition, taking into account its age and mileage. Regarding your visit, our showroom closes at 6 PM, and you arrived after hours when our sales team had already left. You were assisted by the security guard, who kindly showed you the vehicle in their absence. We also want to address your mention of "broken English." We do not tolerate or appreciate any form of racist language or behavior. The brief conversation you had was with a colleague who simply provided assistance after hours. It’s unfortunate that you left abruptly before we could resolve any concerns you may have had. As a seller of used vehicles, we strive to describe our cars as accurately as possible, keeping their age and mileage in mind. We are always open to constructive feedback but would appreciate it being delivered in a respectful manner.

Amazing service thank you again team. Finance was sorted in 15 mins which I must say is a big improvement, my previous purchase took hours to get through. Car was ready to pick up on time, washed and serviced. And all this for a £5000 car, really appreciate it.
